I am a clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, emotional struggles, and personal growth. In addition to my private practice, I currently work in an inpatient psychiatric hospital where I support patients experiencing acute mental health conditions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Through my private practice, I offer virtual telehealth therapy to individuals throughout Florida, creating a compassionate and supportive space for clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and human-centered, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness while honoring each person’s unique experiences and goals.
My work is also deeply shaped by lived experience. Like many people, I have navigated difficult seasons in life—from family challenges growing up to personal experiences with depression, motherhood, and major life transitions. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of how complex and non-linear healing can be, and they continue to inform the compassion and perspective I bring into my work with clients. I believe therapy should be a space where people feel genuinely understood, respected, and supported as they move through life’s challenges and discover their own capacity for resilience and growth.
Who I Work With
I work with adults and young adults who may be navigating difficult seasons in life and looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves and their experiences. Many of my clients are individuals who appear to be functioning well on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward.
I commonly support clients who are experiencing:
- Depression or persistent feelings of sadness
- Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
- Trauma and difficult life experiences
- Relationship challenges and unhealthy patterns
- Major life transitions such as separation, divorce, or personal change
- Burnout and difficulty balancing responsibilities
- Feelings of disconnection or loss of direction
Many of the individuals I work with are also navigating complex family dynamics, personal growth after challenging relationships, or the emotional impact of life experiences that have shaped how they see themselves and others.
Through virtual telehealth therapy available throughout Florida, I provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients can slow down, reflect, and begin to develop healthier ways of understanding themselves and responding to life’s challenges.
What You Can Expect in Therapy With Me
Therapy with me is not about judgment or quick fixes. It is a collaborative process where we explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions in a way that helps you better understand yourself and the patterns that may be influencing your life.
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, even when discussing difficult topics. Together we work toward increasing self-awareness, developing healthier coping strategies, and identifying meaningful changes that align with your personal goals and values. Therapy should feel like a genuine conversation with someone who is present, compassionate, and committed to supporting your growth.
Taking the First Step
If you’re considering therapy, know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s transitions, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and support.
I offer virtual telehealth therapy for individuals throughout Florida, creating a compassionate and collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace. When you feel ready, reaching out for support can be the first step toward meaningful change.
